Questions before you write in
Do I need to visit your office in person?
👉 No. Most of our clients — including several outside India — never visit either office. We work over phone, WhatsApp, email and shared accounting software. Visiting is welcome if you’re in Jaipur, not required.
How soon will someone respond?
👉 Within one business day, usually sooner during office hours. The first step is a short call to understand where your books stand today.
What should I have ready for the first call?
👉 Nothing formal. A rough sense of your monthly order volume, which marketplaces or payment gateways you sell through, and how far behind (if at all) your books currently are is enough to start the conversation.
Do you work with businesses outside Rajasthan?
👉 Yes. We work with ecommerce sellers and growing businesses across India, and with clients outside India as well. Location decides nothing about how we work — your GSTINs, marketplaces and transaction volume do.
Is there a minimum size of business you take on?
👉 No fixed minimum. We work with businesses from a single GSTIN just starting to scale up to sellers running 60-70 GSTINs across multiple marketplaces. The conversation is the same either way: what does your business actually need.
