PurpleBits InfosystemsPvt Ltd, Vadodara is looking for a customer care executive (female) to maintain fruitful client relationships.
The Executive shall be responsible for maintaining the relations with current customers by providing them assistance over phone, by co-ordinating with them or by diverting the work to other departments as per the need. The candidate will also be taking reporting of the Operations Staff Members those who visit client’s premises on day to day basis.
 
The roles and responsibilities include:

Serve as a basic point of contact for customers with complaints, queries, request, feedbacks etc.
Assist customers with requests ranging from emailing them the required record, scheduling pickups to billing and explaining more about our service.
Launching a ticket for each of the inquiry or customer request in our Ticketing system.
Follow-ups for Existing Clients Payments.
Ensures that all the request, queries and complaint of customer are responded in a timely and Professional manner
Develops as well as maintains the relationship with external parties
Responsible for proper scrutiny and recording of the complaints received from customers
Make sales related cold calls and take appointments for the business development team
Conducts research and compiles answers for informational request from external customers
