Designation Strategic Account Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this assignment, the incumbent would help create footprints in digital lending space through alliances, partnerships and relationship management. We are looking for a result driven and passionate Key Account Manager.
As part of this role, you would be required to execute the following responsibilities –
Revenue Owner- Farming existing clients and Hunting new clients
To be the single point of contact for the client. Should have a charming personality and sound aptitude to carry discussions with leadership team of the client.
Regular Interaction with clients various teams i.e Business, Product, technology, Process transformation, Compliance, Legal, Credit, Risk, Operations etc.
Responsible for building a road map for each partnership to scale-up the business.
Should have the ability to see through clearly the changes required to bring the transformation in the existing process with the client, and take initiatives to help scale-up the partnerships.
Deepen existing relationship by extension of Product lines – Increase revenue by keeping a keen eye on profitability
Analyzing client’s performance with DMI and have regular interactions with the P&L owners from the client side
Prospecting and sourcing of new strategically important partnerships.
Ensuring that the new relationships are smoothly on-boarded on in coordination with Credit & Risk, Technology, Operations, and Accounts.
Concept Selling of multiple value added services and products in the Fintech space
IDEAL QUALITIES :
Experienced Sales and Business Development professional in banking or NBFC
Must have some understanding of digital ecosystem in financial services.
Have an experience of interacting with senior business leaders and managing strategic client relationships for the organization
Previous Account Management experience is a plus – Strong Communication, Analytical, and Negotiation Skills
Experience of working in a startup.
Have an excellent command on spoken and written communication.
Critical business thinking is essential.
