Handling VAT, CST & E-1 Sales & for IT Returns for RELIANCE ASSOCIATES” which is a CA firm
Support month-end accounting activities, including Fixed Asset capitalization, depreciation, accounting etc.
Work closely with business stakeholders and managers to create and review quarterly forecasts, including reporting and analysis to explain changes against the annual operating plan.
Performing analysis of variances in P&L account at every month-end and quarter end, analyzing the trends in P&L accounting.
Cash & Bank reconciliation & reviewing Monthly Statutory Compliances.
Monitored calculation, remittance and filling of statutory dues like TDS, ESI & EPF.
Have engaged in getting Government and other Corporation tenders thru e-tendering, e-procurement, e-governance related fillings.
Streamline the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable management and Invoice processing with Vendor coordination.
Work on development of new contract templates, as well as management and administration of contracts.
Identifying areas of improvement and recommending modification to enhance operational efficiencies of the department.
Compensation- up to 50 K pm depending on candidate profile + incentives
