– Qualified chartered accountant with 5 years of hands on experience of managing the following in a company
– Quarterly and annual financial audit process and ideally have dealt with one of the Big 4 audit firms
– Financial MIS incl. Pnl / balance sheet/ debtors & creditors management
– Handling of tax related aspects ( Service tax/ Income Tax/ GST and WHT)
– Compliance related tasks – statutory filing with ROC/ corporate governance / board meetings/ EGM/ Committees
