Roles and Responsibilities
Roles in Accounts
Payment documentation follow-up on regular basis resolving sap queries with regard to same. Cash and Cheque deposit follow up
BRS open item clarification and follow up for clearance
Discount policy and scrutiny of the same with respect to company policy
Training to new accountant on sap and documentation process
Co-ordination with sap team with regard to up gradation in reports and SSD documenting process.
Providing sap authorization for new CRCs with regard to SSD operation.
Service income accounting
Resolving customer issues with regard to Invoice, and other old complaints.
Extension of SSD authorization for new CRCs Material, Sales group, Sales office Etc.
Coordinating for audit and reply to audit query
Sales return, Product exchange, Transfer posting updating in SAP.
Resolving incentive and salary queries related to Security Systems Division.
Zero sellers / Attendance /Salary stoppage details to ICM team
CDA customer validation through personal call to customer.
Travel vouchers validation and other bills validation with regard to Security Systems Division.
Cabling payment to vendor and Follow-up for collection of money for the same for Customer.
Credit billing o/s report and further follow-up.
Technical team incentive scrutiny
Regular visit to HUb and verifying issue register stock etc.
MIS on sales and receivable
Material Management
Forecasting of material to next cycle and placing the indent of same to Logistic.
Monitoring the current and required stock based on sales.
Defective material follow-up with CRCs.
Inter CRC material transfers and utilization of the same.
Stock in transit follow-up.
Stock verification of CRC stock and ensuring sap v/s Psychical stock tally.
Coordination with Logistic, w/h and CRCs for smooth follow flow of SSD material.
Procurement of Demo kit and order forms.
Sales and distribution
E mail id creation to all the leaders and follow-up for configuration.
Mail id password reset, Sap id password reset of sale leaders.
Training on sap with regard to BTB updating.
Getting the new sap user id for BTB updating and password for the same
Computer, Telephone and other necessary requirements arrangements.
Providing information about the availability of product, pricing etc.
Educating sales leaders the impact of Zero seller, High inventory and its impact on profitability…
