Proficiency Level: 10 to 15 yrs exp

Knowledge in:
1) Strong knowledge & experience in handling accounts, finance procedures. Well knowledge in Tally working.
2) Handling Tax filing (GST, Service Tax), LC, Company Income Tax Filing.
3) Handling all kinds of Statutory related to Accounts & Finance.
4) Handling Loan organise for Company from Banks, NBFCs.
5 ) Team handling of 8 to 10 personnel of Accounts Team.

Apart from those need to take care

Perform financial analysis to support business development planning
Review the accounting procedures and recommend improvements,
Develop and submit annual budget plan and finance plan to top management for approvals,
Monthly financial report and expense report to management,
Construct and monitor reliable control systems,
Implement operational best practices,
Create and maintain financial models & tax strategies to achieve set goals,
Guide and motivate finance team to enhance productivity and revenue, record keeping meets the requirements of auditors, legal regulatory requirements, Maintain in-depth knowledge of financial strategies and products, Keeping up to date with financial products and legislation,
Producing accurate financial reports, financial results to the board of directors.
