Key Deliverables :
Oversee the team, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department’s goals and objectives
Manage Outsourced teams
Budget Tracking tracking budget used and available against each project and uploading data on google trackers
Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; preparing special reports.
Ensure that sufficient budgets are available to meet ongoing Project requirements after checking with stakeholders
Manage the preparation of Projects and Facility management budgets
Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in Projects and FM
Engage in benchmarking studies to establish areas of potential improvement basis trends
Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management
Raising PRs as per requests from team and ensure release of POs as per TAT
Invoice processing and tracking checking invoices on pricing, quantities, supporting documentation, follow up with finance for payments and update vendors on the same.
Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to direct and supervise
Establish and maintain records of document transactions
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
