Organizational and Management:

Coordinating across functions to firm up organizational objectives (Goal, Strategy and action)

Relation maintenance with banks and Head Office and other stake holders in factory and local governments authorities.

Managing and administering financial discipline by formulating policies and internal controls routines and standardizing uniform processes across functions to ensure effective and efficient compliances.

Accounting, auditing and budgeting:

Managing and coordinating for finalization of accounts, statutory and audit and ensuring timely adherence to set due dates for reporting.

Coordinating and preparation of Accounts as per requirements of the Company as per IFRS and Indian GAAP ( Ind. AS)

Coordinating in preparation and review of periodic MIS and other management reports

Preparation of budgetary plans and KPIs and ensuring effective compliance and adherence to set budgets.

Taxation

To comply the TDS, GST other applicable taxes requirements related with Gujarat State/Factory and tax planning matters.

Coordinating for ensuring tax compliances with regard to assessments, appeals and submission before various tax authorities, as applicable.

Others:

To prepare Budget of the factory and monitor and analyses the same periodically as per Company system.
To prepare MIS periodically and monthly as required by the Company.

Qualification and Experiences: B.Com, CA (Passed in first attempt)

Worked with Manufacturing Company 8-10 Years with good communication skill having knowledge of SAP and FACT and can do day to day correspondence independently….
