To ensure that costing records are updated on a regular basis and all production activities are properly recorded in the books of accounts.
To ensure that excise records and tax records are properly maintained and statutory returns are promptly submitted to the respective departments.

Financial & Feasibility study
To provide –
Financial concurrence on time.
Timely response to SBU / Function Heads for their Costing requirements for a Product / Service.
Timely submission of all information / data required to take a decision / action by the SBU / Functional Head
Timely submission of MIS/Budget etc.
To provide and cooperate with various departments/individuals w.r.t. to their data requirements and assisting them in meeting their desired deliverables.
Guide & groom FCs to handle their unit functions independently…
