2. Budgeting and re budgeting SLGP & PL and B/S
Formulating budget and Midterm Plan within timelines specified, in accurate manner. Which includes- – Division wise SLGP formulation and checking. -Preparation of Budgeted Profit & Loss Statement for quarterly Budget and Midterm. – Accurately and timely Submission of Hierarchy wise Budgeted SLGP and SGRD in the Unite System. -Formulating quarterly, half-yearly and yearly Forecasted Balance Sheet as per defined timelines and accuracy. – Accurately and timely Submission of Division wise Budgeted Balance Sheet and Schedules in the Unite System
3. Development of PL Zone wise and Implementation and Circulation of report month wise to each business head and other departmental head:
