Job Description

Finance Manager

• Preparing and maintaining statutory books of accounts and financial statements viz. P&L Account and Balance Sheet,
• Preparing Cash Flow and Funds Flow Statements for monitoring the inflow & outflow of funds and ensure, optimum utilization of available funds in line with the organizational goals.
• Conducting analysis of financial statements and budgets;
• Exploring profitable opportunities and reworking the business / finance models to achieve organizational and growth objectives.
• Product wise costing & margin analysis.
• Negotiation with Vendors.
• To ensure complete, accurate & timely accounting of project accounts.
• Handling banking and Treasury operations, Liasioning with banks
• Statutory compliances related to direct and indirect taxes
• Payroll processing.
