Job Description – Role and Responsibilities:
Support in supervising financial performance of their perimeter in relation to operational performance for the current and future periods and advises operational management on relevant remediation actions and ways for improvement.
Contributes and Monitors Management cycle (Actual, Forecast Budget, Strategic Planning / Long Range Plan), following the processes defined by IA Finance Operations & IA Controlling Department.
Ensures respect for the Internal Control rules inside their perimeter.
Supports operational decisions through specific economic studies, optimising cash and return on capital employed, and monitoring business risk.
Provides an accurate picture of his/her perimeter s financial situation makes proactive recommendations on business improvement.
Support business models and performs financial and business analyses and follow-up on new opportunities and acquisitions.
Provides effective cooperation with internal counterparts in other departments of the Entity and within other Finance functions, thanks to an appropriate understanding of the business.
Be a Project delagates for the upcoming Athena Project and to support successful scoping, Design and implementation regarding all financial transactions
Support to ensure all SOP used in the plant are compliants with the company and local regulations. Manage internal audits.
Understand and adhere to the Special Status of the project for tax purpose and Co-ordinate with the Procurement & Other finance team on special tax requirements….
