Financial strategy planning, monitoring, reporting, including implementation of policies, systems & processes.
Managing financial audits and other control systems to monitor the flow of funds, income and expenditure, sales revenue and other budgetary items.
Prepare and present Annual Budget for the approval of the Management.
Manage and monitor Project Financials & its accounting.
Oversee all Company accounts and investments.
Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts.
Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports.
Suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems, including payroll and invoicing.
Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
Comply with Government / Ministry regulations and legislation including Income / Deferred / Withhold tax etc.
Review budget plans regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities.
Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies.
Create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations.
Report to the CEO with timely and accurate financial information.
Assist the CEO in presenting reports to Senior Executives, Shareholders and Management Committee members.
Participate in Management Committee meetings.
Renewals of various insurance policy covers for the Plant & Machinery, Vehicles, Group Life Insurance, Medical Insurance, Marine Insurance etc.
Preparation of Board Resolution documents and follow-up for the approvals.
Negotiation with Banks for Working Capital facilities.
Work in close co-ordination with Group Finance team members and comply with all the Group policies and procedures.
Manage Administration department activities including all Visa related activities with Ministry of Manpower for the employees as well as visitors.
Motivate and lead finance & administrative team members by clarifying roles and providing helpful feedback.
Perform other related duties as required by the Management from time to time….
