Review of day to day transactions relating to Accounts payable to ensure proper accounting in respective GL codes and cost centers.
Geography tax compliance and online filing and payments before the due dates.
Inter-company reconciliation both during the month end and quarter end.
Review of the BRS as at the month end prepared by the subordinates.
Preparing presentation and training the subordinates at the regular intervals for the latest updates both in taxation and accounting.
Month end activities including preparation of the prepaid schedules, provisions, salary and revenue accounting.
Call with the Business team for month on month variance reasoning and review with them for the expenses.
Preparing the financials as per the internal format and sending it to the corporate team for consolidation and answering queries raised by the respective team.
Preparing the variance reasoning month on month and sending it across to the corporate team.
Preparing the audit schedules and co-coordinating with both internal and external auditors for financial reporting during the quarter end and year end.
Preparing financials, notes to accounts and significant accounting policy as per statutory regulation for submission to BSE and other regulatory authorities for the year end.
Knowledge of SAP Application will be added advantage.
Well versed with MS Office application.
Has the ability to effectively communicate and has a good analytical ability….
