Role:
• Ensure inventory management at CWH, C&F, and Distributors to avoid stock out situation
• Provide MIS to SMT of orders invoiced by C&F to distributors on a daily basis by territory and region.
• Collaborate with sales force to monitor and track on a weekly basis MDS (Market Demand Sales) from distributors to retail pharmacies, hospitals and institutions. Generate report for review by SMT during their SMTM to be conducted on Fri / Sat every week.
• Support sales force in distributor appointment by executing timely contracts with them.
• Collaborate with finance/sales force to follow up on payment outstanding and bad debts for speedy resolution .
• Prepare MIS reports .
• To Maintaining Outstanding, Debtors & Creditors Account Statement &. Reconciliation.
• To Handling Sales Tax & Income Tax , Cess Assessment,
• Keep records of purchases, sales, and Accounts related Record
• General Ledger Scrutiny on Monthly basis.
• Submission of Monthly reports on Revenue/ Expense to the Management.
• Monitor On Revenue & Expenses.
