• Independently conduct internal audits of retail branches and assess the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the established internal controls and procedures.
• Assisting in planning, designing and implementation of risk based audit plans to ensure safety and soundness of the Bank.
• Ensuring completion of assigned audits and documentation of work papers on time.
• To effectively track and identify revenue leakage and suggest measures/process to plug the same.
• Providing improvement/ suggestions to existing process/systems to line management.
• Devising audit checklists for use of internal/concurrent Auditors and testing products along with processes/procedures to foresee pitfall and bottlenecks and ensuring their resolution.
• Report findings and make recommendations for the correction of noted control deficiencies, improvements in operations, and reductions in cost.
• Work on internal audit reviews, Documentation & testing, Process Improvements and Compliance reviews & revenue assurance
Banking/ NBFC Experience is a must-candidates open to relocate from Gurgaon/Noida/Faridabad
• Min 3-10 years of banking Audit experience…..
