Brief Job Description:
Prioritize and organize workload based on risk / severity and documents required to ensure deadlines are met according to policies / procedures
Strive to meet high customer service levels by processing incoming requests efficiently in accordance with procedures and policies to meet Service Level
Keep team members updated on products changes, services, rules and regulations to ensure accurate processing of documents and maintain high quality
Analyze forecast data in order to meet daily capacity, follow procedures and guidelines (e.g. production and TAT) in order to track and correctly report to Sr. Officer and/or Supervisor
Ability to escalate to higher authority
Building and maintaining healthy business relationship with Clients and ensuring customer satisfaction
Identifying training needs / ensuring cross functional training
Ability to plan, and supervising day to day operations
Ability to motivate team in order to provide operational excellence
Conduct regular team meetings
Lead, coach and develop teams to encourage succession planning and people development
Key Skills:
1. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Transaction Processing/Financial Services
2. Team handling experience. Should be a designated Team lead or Assistant Manager
3. Should have good Excel Skills
4. Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills…
