Job Profile
Maintenance and updation of all Statutory Registers under the Companies Act
Manage all day to day secretarial function and record keeping for the Company.
Manage the secretarial aspects of Board Meetings, AGMs, and other corporate activities including preparation, review and distribution of Notice, Agenda Items, Minutes of the meetings, and any other documents as applicable.
Complete the ROC filings of all necessary documents pertaining to the above activities correctly and on time.
Manage record keeping of all documents related to the above activities.

Legal Support
Provide support in drafting customer contracts by following inputs given from legal head
Document the amendments made for each customer contract and maintain the database of these contracts
Assesses and reviews a variety of agreements like supplier/dealer agreements, NDAs, and license…
