Experience in MIS / Sales coordination in a sales organisation with excellent working knowledge of Excel and various tools for efficient working and output. Incumbent should have good working knowledge of Tally.

1. Maintenance and updation of MIS and circulation of data for sales, stocks and Bills Receivable as per company requirements.
2. Compiling data for sales forecast and finalization of indent.
3. Daily follow up and close liaison with sales team for sales, Collections, Overdues, stocks and their daily visit reports.
4. Coordination with Logistic department for ensuring timely despatches to trade and follow up with all concerned.
5. Pending order review and necessary action.
6. Compile necessary data and reports for monthly sales reviews.
7. Preparation and circulation of pricing and scheme with the designated person as per requirement.
8. Agenda for monthly / quarterly / annual meetings.
9. Any other assistance work as assigned from time to time.
