Develop and implement and organization’s financial processes.
Preparation of Risk Control Matrix and Flowchart based on Process Design.
Strong analytical & organizational abilities with adeptness in formulating & preparing Scope of Audit, Audit Plans, Audit Program and Audit Reports with recommendation & suggestion for improvement in internal control system
Implementing various trainings & tools for audit staff, enabling more effective & efficient audits and leading to significant audit findings
Extended advice to engagement teams through accounting, auditing & audit methodology consultations, new reiterative guidance on GAAP, GAAS, laws & regulations
Conduct Business process excellence in building transformation engine and interface applications for an end to end automation of the accounting function like provisioning, benefits accounting, receivables tracking, cash flow, bank account management, management dashboard etc.
Prepare monthly financial statements and other informational reports/analysis.
Develop and monitor policies and procedures within generally accepted accounting principles and corporate guidelines to ensure sufficient cash flow, reduced operating costs, and increased revenues.
Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with policy
Review financial results and discusses anticipated changes to highlight future needs and trends.
Review monthly operating reports for accuracy, completeness and major variances between actuals vs budgeted results and provide timely report to support the decision making process.
Assist in preparation of Annual Budgets
Assist the CFO with financial reporting as required at Board meetings and the Annual General Meetings
Ensure that all statutory requirements of the organization are met as per the timelines
