Immediate Job opening for Cash Management Senior

Key responsibilities of this position include:

HSBC Net or BAML (Application tool) is Mandatory

Manage User Profile in Banking Applications and Trackers Internally

Creating and maintaining IMI Cash Management procedures, process maps and User forms

Support all customer requests such as: new profile creation, reset customer passwords and change access requirements.

Seeking approvals from the Divisional Finance Directors

Coordinate with the subsidiary business units, bank and IMI HQ team for new access installments in the system requested by subsidiary

Provide excellent customer service to internal and external contacts related to Cash Management inquiries (policies, processes, and systems).

Analyze and manage issues while maintaining control of the process and deliver on commitments.

Communicate effectively with the top management through emails and phone

Maintaining compliance in the process and adhering to the standards

Knowledge of T&E system- Concur preferable…
