He is responsible for Handling the branch/ware house day to day administration
Accountable for monitoring the receipt of stocks and invoicing from the ware house.
Accountable for timely supply of stocks to the channel partners through c& f staff.
Accountable for timely submission of statutory payments to sales tax, service tax, income tax,TDS and weights and measurement agencies.
Accountable for conducting quarterly stock taking.
To ensure settlement of dealers primary and secondary schemes on deadlines.
Responsible for timely submission of MIS or monthly reports, accountable for doing Bank reconciliation statement.
Accountable for negotiating the better deal from the transporters and should have the knowledge of handling insurance claims.
Accountable for development of new vendors for supply of stationerys and other related office requirement.
Accountable for managing the customer ledger clean and transparent.
Accountable for maintaining the pay roll, leave cards and submission of PF/ESI to the government on deadlines.
