Execution of monthly invoicing for services rendered by various divisions such as Records Media Imaging Management at Pan India level
Ensuring billing cycle is followed smoothly
Day- to- day payments, cash and bank balance reconciliations in software tally/ SAP/ERP
Generating and monitoring of the revenue generation through monthly MIS.
Analysis of sales revenue to provide insight about significant changes in the revenue to management.
Assist the management for initiating necessary corrective actions, if any.
Generation and review of age-wise outstanding invoices.
Resolving client queries & issues.
Efficient coordinating with operation team to resolve client issues smoothly.
Co-ordination between all the functional divisions for effective revenue collection.
Preparing sales tracker, Commission report on monthly basis.
Thorough understanding of GST
