The Finance Analyst is the point of first contact for the business unit for FP&A issues. He/She works closely with the business unit leadership team to drive business improvement. He/She will report directly to the FP&A Manager assigned to the Business unit and assist that Manager in driving financial acumen within the business unit.
Provide accurate and timely periodic customized financial reports, including issue identification, to business unit and finance management
Initiate appropriate analyses in order to improve business performance
Provide cost analysis, indicator and metric trending
Construct predictive analyses (e.g. Forecast P&L)
Provide primary support for pricing, including model development and identification of profitability drivers and sensitivities.
Support other ad-hoc analytic efforts and identify meaningful external and internal events and trends
Work with appropriate business unit partners to implement business improvement initiatives
