Provide support to business and finance management through all phases of billing processes while adhering to internal policies and procedures.
Initiate daily/quarterly and other periodic processes.
Review and organize daily transactional schedules.
Interact frequently with business colleagues and line representatives.
Work closely with peers in supporting group work-load and period-end analysis and reporting.
Qualifications:
Graduate degree in finance, accounting, economics or other business discipline.
3 to 5 years experience performing in an accounting, auditing or billing environment.
A background demonstrating analytical and problem solving ability is necessary.
Experience with major billing systems is a plus (preferably PeopleSoft).
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint is a must.
Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
Candidate should possess good written and verbal communication skills.
