CANDIDATE SHOULD BE WELL EXPERIENCED & HAVE CLEAR UNDERSTANDING IN ERP NAVISION
* Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
* Process monthly and yearly process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity etc
* Presenting a true and fair view of the financial position of the company by preparing financial statements viz, P&L Account
* Balance Sheet and Annual reports, Budget & Reforecast
* Preparing creditors/ debtors reconciliation statements
* Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
* Oversee Computation & filing return Direct & Indirect Including GST
* Computing Advance Tax liability & Complied notices
* Laisoning with Bank for inward & outward remittances
* Online payment of various Govt. dues
* Preparing MIS reports (Reconciliation reports, Tax summary reports, etc ) required by the Management and for efficiently working control
* Coordination with Bank, Internal Audit Team & Statutory Auditors
* Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
Job Specification
Skills:
Knowledge in MS Navision – ERP system (Mandatory)
Complete knowledge of accounting , with GST
Experience in advance excel in Pivot table, Vlookup, Hlookup
knowledge of TDS, VAT, Service Tax, Sales Tax ,Accounts Payable & Receivable process
Good Communication Skills
Ability to handle team & work pressure
Educational Qualification:
Bachelors in Commerce / M.Com/ P.G
