The candidate would be responsible for:
Setup appropriate Accounting system to cater the requirement of Law, Accounting Standard, Ind-AS / Indian GAAP,
Submit regular Consolidated Financials viz, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Schedules, Cash Flow etc
Furnish information and explanation to the Statutory Auditor and ensure finalization of audit within stipulated timeframe.
Exercise financial controls and reconciliation process through internal IT system
Developing and maintaining processes and systems for efficient accounting and MIS
