Read, review and interpret contract documents

Set-up new contracts and billing schedules in Workday

Amend and update contracts and billing schedules in Workday for CPI increases, cancellations, new products, price changes, etc.

Create manual invoices as needed

Create invoice adjustments as needed

Prepare and upload large files to generate mass invoice batches

Respond to emails from customers and staff

Answer phone calls from customers and customer service

Skills Required:

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Ability to read and interpret contract language relating to products, pricing, billing and renewals

Experience with Excel (sorting, filtering, cut, copy, paste, simple formulas, v-lookups) Desired Candidate Profile
