Oversight of the monthly certification of Operations owned accounts in BCSI and 3Rs.
Producing month end reporting to highlight the month end certification status to Operations line and risk management.
Ensuring complete and accurate ownership of the Operations sub-ledger account population.
Maintaining administrative ownership of the BCSI certification tool.
Performing supervisory checks for the potential closable accounts received from closure / ops teams.
Working with the Vendor at TCS to ensure processes are conducted in line with KPIs / SLAs.
Other ad hoc projects as required.
The candidate is expected to build an intricate knowledge of firm systems, data sources and the processes that create/maintain reports
Working to tight deadlines on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Working with business areas and their Risk Managers to assess the integrity of any exclusions
Close communication within the global team and across ORC globally
Communication with other business areas and with varying levels of firm management

Identification and implementation of process improvements
Providing support to other members of the team, both locally and globally.

Skills required

Strong academic background
Proficient in Excel (e.g. formulas, pivot tables) and other windows-based software (e.g. Word, Power Point)
Highly motivated self-starter with multi-tasking abilities
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize workload as necessary
Team-player, with the ability to also work independently
Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders in functional areas
Exhibit a strong sense of urgency, accountability and ownership
Risk awareness ability to recognize potential risk issues
Strong analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to work under high work pressure
