To handle new customers in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
Handle quality report of invoices
Monitor correct coding of all customer invoices and payments in the ERP system
Should do customer remittances (wire & credit card payments)
Support financial statement audits
Ensure corrective action in month-end financial statement close
Support other accounting projects, as necessary

Experience:
2+ years of experience in Accounting or Accounts Payable / Receivable.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Knowledge of applicable accounts receivable/general ledger systems and procedures
Competencies:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with customers and employees in a professional manner
