a.Invoice Approvals & internal Communications:
-All the freight certificate/Import Invoices /Credit note raised for the day are approved within the stipulated timeframe.
-Transferring Daily Sales (fc, imp, detention dn & cn & reconciling the sales between tally & system.
-Revenue reconciliation is done on regular intervals to have error free revenue accounting at month end.
-Preparing & Sending daily sales Summery to BOM & other miscellaneous work
b. Raising Brokerage invoices to Liner:
-Brokerage invoices are issued on timely basis as prescribed by the management
-Sending invoices to Liners within time for smooth collection
-Other tasks related to revenue recognition of Brokerage and collection
Key Skills:
-Good knowledge of Accounting practices.
-Basic knowledge of Shipping / Ports accounting procedures.
-Taxation Domestic as well as International and Company Law compliances.
-Proficient in usage of MS office
-Accounting software.
Education: Min B Com with 3 to 4 years. Experience in Accounts & Finance Field.
