Role & Responsibilities:
Experience in O2C,R2R and P2P
Lead the finance operations in GSS
Responsible for transition the finance process and stabilization
Overall supervision and control of the Finance & Accounts operations
Drive process efficiencies and people engagement in finance operations
Meet and exceed SLA for all the finance process managed out of the GSS
Execute the growth strategy for GSS
Build strong relationships with the Global Finance leadership and drive work to GSS
Be the first point of contact for Finance operations
Drive the operational excellence framework in Finance operations at GSS
Manage the attrition rate within the target limits
Should have let a team of more than 90 FTE’S
Meeting the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Turnaround Time (TAT) as agreed.
Interact with all levels to produce timely and accurate month-end close and all internal management and financial reporting.
Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives (CII) by identifying process lapses, offering best possible solution and implementation.
Lead the Automation Projects team to identify the internal tools available or freeware tools available externally for reducing manual work and cost reduction.
Managing all finance functions and various Group Finance deliverables half-yearly and annual statutory IFRS reporting.
Managing overall team and individual objectives with management and manage the team appraisal process.
Ownership of financials including Balance sheet control and month end closure.
Identification and assessment of risk areas and manage the operational risk by creating self-assessment plan..
Maintain Business Continuity Plan (BCP) in case of emergency situation where appreciated by client….
