The main responsibility of the role is tocontribute to the GPO R2R project, included in the strategic roadmap from functional perspective and support the project management.

The successful candidate will be self-Driven, Embrace Change, engage with other across all levels and demonstrate Applied Thinking.

The R2R Global Process Expert will work closely with the SSC R2R teams in both VSSB and Pune, India and with all local markets.

Process Design (35%): Based on in depth knowledge of the functional area drives process standardisation and process improvements by identifying demands and implementing respective policies. Collaborates with other Global Process Owners/Leads and SSC teams for improvements of touch points and enhancements across functional boundaries, i.e. with Technology and Billing

Process Performance Management (35%):

Own the delivery of the R2R roadmap items allocated to the role holder, drive delivery and perform ongoing review on process performance, includingongoing monitoring of master data quality, define appropriate reports, analysis and interpretation of data to identify improvement opportunities and liaise with both local market and service delivery teams to facilitate performance improvement actions. Provide recommendation on appropriate KPIs for the process. Support the GPL with the production of reports and dashboards related to the key projects.

Process Compliance (15%): Follow up on identified control and audit risks as well as review and propose changes to relevant policies to reflect Vodafone Way principles and tax, legal statutory requirements.

Process Comms & Change (15%): Support the R2R GPL in managing a global community of stakeholders through the Process OpCom (or similar virtual team created from the functional experts in the SSC, across OpCo Fin Ops and EVO teams).

As part ofinitiatives / projects, project managers, functional experts from other functions etc.

Experienced in international accounting standards (IFRS) and the telecoms market

Accounting/Finance Degree with 7-8+ years business experience

In depth system (including SAP) knowledge for the relevant process

University Degree or comparable qualification

Basic Project Management skills

Lean 6 Sigma, DMAIC or comparable qualification

Good Communication and presentation skills…
