We specialize in Applications, Network Services, IT Support, and Communications technologies At the moment, I am working towards Accounts Receivable Coordinator position for one of our esteemed client, to be based in Gurgaon. The details of the position are as follows:
Position Title: Accounts Receivable Coordinator
Experience: 3-7 years
Work Location: Gurgaon
Skills/Experience: 3-7 years ( in finance/CA with Excellent Excel & communication skills)

Make daily collection calls
Conduct account research and analysis
Prepare and maintain various reports
Maintain an accurate aging report
Identify and execute the necessary process adjustments
Send statement to outstanding customers
Reconcile A/R to the G/L
Interact with customers to resolve outstanding issues
Roles & Responsibilities:

Download customer invoices from our tool to email to customers
Ensure correct coding of all customer invoices and payments in the ERP system
Maintain and organize support for customer remittances (wire & credit card payments)
Respond to customer inquiries
Reconcile customer statements and correct discrepancies as necessary
Support financial statement audits
Assist in month-end financial statement close
Support other accounting projects, as necessary
Strong communication skills in order to effectively communicate with various customers across
the regions
The applicant should display a positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask and be a strong communicator, both paper and over the phone, as he or she will frequently deal with higher levels of management
